Over the past 27 years Susan has been involved in all phases in real estate. From residential sales, land developing,commercial sales and leasing to the complexity of brokering and building her own real estate business. Susan has gained a wealth of knowledgement in the real estate market.

Family:

Rooted in a traditional family Susan and her late husband Dave raised three daughters in the Moses Lake area. The family was active in the Moses Lake Schools, church and 4-H over the years. Susan has strong ties in the farm community in Grant County. Her daughters Cathy Strickland, Sherri Kasparek and Amy Alsted have followed her lead into real estate. Susan met and married Mark Fanning in December of 2006.
